Use of Google Analytics
1. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files stored on your computer that enable the analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator.
2. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
3. 2. We have no influence on the data collected or the data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, processing purposes, or storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of collected data by the plug-in provider.
3. The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research, and/or the personalized design of its website. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display personalized advertising and inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and to exercise this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. 4. Data is transmitted regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in. If you are logged in to the plug-in provider, the data collected by us will be directly assigned to your account with the plug-in provider. If you activate the button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider will also store this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out of social networks regularly, especially before activating the button, to avoid the assignment of your profile with the plug-in provider.
5. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the privacy policies of these providers as listed below. There you will also find further information about your rights and settings to protect your privacy.

You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must exercise this right by contacting the respective plug-in provider. If there is no statutory retention period, the data will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary, or the legitimate interest in storage has expired. If no hiring takes place, this will usually occur no later than six months after the completion of the application process.
In some cases, individual data may be stored for a longer period (e.g., travel expense reimbursement). The duration of storage is then based on the statutory retention obligations, such as from the Fiscal Code (6 years) or the Commercial Code (10 years).
If you have granted us permission to store your personal data beyond the application process for a specific period, this storage period will be a maximum of three years.
